Cancellations + Missed Appointments

The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, it can be difficult to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we request 24-hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service. A missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service. 

If you’re unable to commit to appointments in advance, we recommend calling the salon at 540.825.4548 and asking to be placed on our Wait List. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you will receive a text notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself.
